HELPFUL HINTS WHEN FILLING OUT SECURE ORDER FORM For shopping cart items, the system will auto-fill the details when you select a specific item. To do this, go to the web page they are listed on and "buy" them there. Be sure you have selected the quantity you want. For non-listed catalog items you need to fill in all the details (much like you would if you were filling out a paper order form). In the Quantity column, fill in the number of packs you want of a specific item, not the number of pieces. For example, if you want to order a 10-pack of spinner blades, enter 1 in that column (not 10). Enter the Item Code in the next column. Remember, both catalog and on-line items can be combined on this form. Don't forget to specify a color when you have a choice of several colors. Enter a brief Description of the item you want and enter the number of pieces per pack in the Unit Pack Size column. For example, hooks are often sold in 10-packs and 100-packs and we need to know if you want one box of 10 or one box of 100. Enter the Price per Unit in the next column. Click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page. The system will compute the total.
